Email address for the All Star Music

[General Panic]

Hi Guys
Was due to fly out today from the UK for 2 weeks to the All Star Music but of course flight was cancelled today. I'm assusred it will operate tomorrow (fingers and toes crossed) but i was told yesterday by Disney UK holidays to call the them to advise if indeed i can't make it their today.

O've tried the number in the UK , which i believe in turn routes to the US , possibly Orlando itself? but it says office closed. Supposed to be open another 5 hours according to their recorded message.

Anyhoo , just so they do not let my booking go does any one know of an email address for the resort or Disney reservations so i can advise them all being well we will be a day late in arriving so they can hold onto our rooms?

I've kind of limited internet access here just now but can at least get on my favorite forums to ask if anyone has the knowledge

any help as always appreciated and hope those out there just now are all safe and well!

The office is closed, as most of the area is still under curfew and there are power outages.

Your rooms aren't being "held onto." No one is checking out right now, and there's no staff to clean them. I don't think you'll have any issues based on "not arriving." They know already.
