I hope someone can help me. We've booked our Intimate wedding through Virgin in the UK and they have told us that our 4 night minimum stay has to take place before the wedding, and weekends don't count. So we're getting married on the 15th and are checking into AKL on the 9th (6 nights before).

I am sure this isn't right as all the brochures indicate a 4 night minimum but don't say when it should be taken.

Anyway I really want to get in touch with someone from Disney to clarify this, but as I'm in the UK phoning is a pain, so I wondered if anyone had an email address? Even an EM could probably help me.

I want to complain to Virgin and get them to change my booking but I need to know what Disney's protocol is before I can do it.

Virgin tell me that the wedding rep (I don't think its an EM I think it's a Virgin bod) needs to see us the day after we check in to the disney hotel for a few hours, but i can't see why they can't see us on the Monday (14th) and I can't see why we can't check in the same day as they see us, we're arriving in Kissimmee on the 3rd November so it's not like we won't be in town! I thought with an intimate everything was arranged by post before hand anyway, we don't want any special requests for the ceremony.

Hope someone can help as this is driving me mad and could ruin our trip :0(

Hi there... As I dont know much about intimates - we had a custom, I would suggest contacting Jeff Ralls. That is the only person I can think of. I dont know if he would be the one, but if not... he could definitely tell you who you need to speak with. He was the boss of my SM and EM. His email is Jeff.Ralls@disney.com

I had an intimiate add-on (where the room is booked separate--which it sounds like yours is too). I was not required to check in 4 days before the wedding. We checked in on Friday and had our wedding on Monday. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Cherie - I emailed Jeff and am awaiting a response, then I'm up for a BIG complaint letter to Virgin to see if they can shuffle all our hotel arrangements! I don't need this hassle!!
