I used this email address on our last visit 2012. I told them how many times we had been etc.
They put 2 Donalds on the bed for the twins magic.

This isn't the first time I've read someone say this about the front office emails or else that they didn't get a reply hence why I think it's probably safer to use dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

I imagine you'd just substitute the initials for the hotel?

I don't know what DLP's stance is on guests using the front office email addresses as they don't advertise them but CMs must have given them out as they're out there on the internet if you search ..... however we've always had positive responses from using dlp.guest.communication@disney.com and I personally feel that's more reliable.

N(e)W Y(ork) perhaps? I've always wondered why it is the Hotel New York when others are just the name.

I'm more surprised by the upper case GUEST RELATIONS in the email address.
