Email address for HNY please

I know I have seen but can't now find the direct email address for the Hotel New York. Can anyone tell me as it is getting near to the time when I must let the hotel know that there will be more than the one person booked coming. Not sure if there are any one-bed rooms but we wouldn't want to be put in one if there are.

As far as I know there isn't a separate address for HNY. I always email the general one dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

I have also phoned the hotel directly a few days before travel for specific requests. Your booking will be on their system from 5 days before arrival.

Thanks, I'll do that if I can't get the direct address but I am sure there is one, I've definitely seen them for the SF, Cheyenne and SL.

According to this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3167157 which has all the hotel email addresses, it is dlp.hny.front.office@disney.com

That is from earlier this year, I have read a more recent thread on a different forum saying that emails have been returned unsent or have never been read using that email address.

Thanks, I've had a look at the thread and the HNY address, which people seem to say bounces back, is what I guessed it would be from looking at the ones for the other hotels and have tried before myself with no success. I am pretty sure though that I have seen somewhere on here another three-letter code for the hotel in an email of the same format.

Reading further down the thread you mention, I got this:

Try DLP.NWY.GUEST.RELATIONS@disney.com for Hotel New York.

It's the Empire State Club reception but they helped me on a standard room booking after my own email bounced back. Hope you get through!

So maybe the address is dlp.nwy.front.office@disney.com ?

Fingers crossed! I've still got a few days before I need to try it.

I emailed the UK Admin team using the address dlp.uk.admin@disney.com earlier in the year. Whilst my email was dealt with, I did receive an Out of Office notice to advise that the address would be changing, and the @disney.com address would be closed shortly.

The new address was dlp.uk.admin@disneylandparis.com . Just wondering if you just need to change @disney.com to @disneylandparis.com

My mail hasn't bounced yet and I'll let you know if I get a reply.
