Email address for Animal Kingdom Concierge

I know I've seen this posted before but the search option is not working for me I even have the email address saved under my contacts sheet but my email was returned as wrong address - anyone else having this problem?
This is the address I have: wdw.aklodge.concierge@disney.com
Would really appreciate any help

I know all the letters don't show after it is posted, so just click on the address.
