EM Karen Syrett

[D&R love Disney]

Has anyone worked with her? Lynn McKitrick has been my EM and she has to go out of town next week and won't be there for my wedding.

I haven't heard of her but I'm sure she'll be fine. All the EM's have to write up such extensive notes on your wedding and pass the file over. So Lynn would have already made sure that Karen knows everything she needs to. Getting real close

I had Karen Serrette!!!!! She was fabulous If your looking for tips, I usually communicated better with her through email as she is never at her desk she would return my emails almost always within a day...........she's really straight forward and down to business she get's the details she needs and get the stuff done and ordered!! She wasn't there at my wedding but to be honest I didn't even notice that she wasn't..........there was a guy there instead then she met up with us on the way to the cake cutting!

The only complaint that I had (and it really isn't a complaint) is that she bustled my dress wrong after looking at for about 10 mintues!!! Ha Ha

She is very patient to as I changed my mind about 15 different times for each item on the wedding sheet...........but she's also not into the hanging around on the phone and just generically talking about random stuff either which suited me fine as I'm pretty busy.............but don't get me wrong she's super nice.
