Elsa Dress at the Parks

DD is saving her money to buy an Elsa dress and we're hoping to find one in her size when we go in a few weeks. Have these been spotted recently, and where might they be sold? Is there a direct phone number for the shops that carry them? I was thinking of asking them to sell one to us over the phone when we arrive and have it brought to our room- is that possible? Because our A&E time is midday on the day after we check in so I don't know if we'd have time to actually get to a shop that morning.

I'd check my jcpenny every time you are at the mall. Most have a disney area now and people have been having luck there. Or I would have one made in etsy.
