I was wondering if someone could tell me what dress Elsa is wearing at the meet and greet in Epcot? My little girl is really excited to wear her original Elsa dress, but from pictures it looks like Elsa is wearing a white dress from frozen two. I just want to prepare her so that she’s not disappointed.

Yes, Elsa and Anna are wearing their outfits from Frozen 2 at the Summerhaus Epcot M&G -- this includes Elsa's white dress.

While the two sisters don't meet anywhere else in the parks, she can still see Elsa and Anna in their "og" dresses in the Festival of Fantasy Parade and Mickey's Friendship Faire stage show at Magic Kingdom and the Frozen Sing-a-Long at Hollywood Studios!
