Are there character meet and greets outside of the parks? I'm looking for frozen characters.

There are no meet and greets outside the parks like they have inside the parks. There are however, character dining locations at some resorts, but not all character dining is back and I can’t recall if any character dining restaurants outside of the parks have Frozen characters.
