Eloise and Jacks first wdw trip day 6

Animal Kingdom/MGM Studios


I woke at 6.20 to get ready as we had a 8.20 reservation at donald's for our brekkie,looked out the window and it was absolutely chucking it down with rain
I got ready as quietly as possible so i wouldn't wake Jack and then read a magazine till 7.10 when i woke him up to get ready.Left the hotel at 7.30 and got on the bus at 7.35 to go to Animal Kingom.

Arrived at 8.00 and was seated 5 minutes later and got our breakfast i tried some breakfast pizza and got some eggs and bacon jack got some egg sausage and a pancake as soon as we started to eat donald,mickey,pluto and goofy came to our table it was very dark in here and my batteries had not been charging very well while here so the phpto's are a little dark i suppose it didn't help that it was such a gloomy day aswellso not much light came through the window.

I found this a bit rushed as soon as the charecters left the bill was placed on the table so as this was our first charecter dining experience i didn't enjoy it that much! we paid $31.93 and then left tip then we left
It was still raining quite heavily still and we headed to dinosaur but jack decided against going on this so we went to dinoland for a ride on triceratop spin no surprise that it was a walk on so we then decided to go to It's Tough To Be A Bug we both liked this we then brought some gifts and got them sent to the hotel.
At 10.00 it finally stopped raining and we headed over to Festival Of The Lion King and took some pictures on the way

We were gonna go on Kali River Rapids but decided it was too cold to get wet so we then went to see Nemo The Musical this was very good as we were lucky as every body was already in there we got there just in time for them to shut the doors we were right at the back and there was a man in the back of the tiered row ahead of us let his daughter sit up on him so we could not see properley so i moved across the theatre to to right near the exit doors and it was much better also it was a better place to sit as we were out straight away as jack needed the toilet and when we came out most of the audience needed it too.
I then headed over to Everest this ride is fantastic i really didn't think it would be that good but it definately was

W e then went on Kilamanjaro Safari's then we decided we'd come back to A/K when it was warmer.
Got the bus to the studios went on TOT and RNR

then i got a fastpass to the litttle mermaid but we had to miss it as it clashed with the High School Musical Pep Rally jack is a huge fan of this film so he really enjoyed it he even managed to catch the basketball and score in the hoop,then we queued for Star Tours 10 minutes then had dinner at 50's Prime Time Cafe Jack had salad,chicken nugets and fries and a coke i had the chicken with mashed potato and local greens washed down with a coors for me and a coke for jack he also had ice cream.
The pep rally was on again when we left so jack watched the last half of this again then we went to the little mermaid.
We left at about 6.00 and got some pop from the vending machine too tired to go and fill the mug up and had a nice long soak in the bath and soaked my tired joints.

Really enjoying all your reports so far. Your photos are great as well, sounds like you both are really enjoyin your trip although your feet must be suffering! Looking forward to the next one

i just wrote studios to make it quicker as we were only going there for a few hours but the pep rally is great and she will love it you won't be able to miss it as you can hear it coming sadly there's no pictures of it as i was filming it
