Day Three
MONDAY 22ND JANUARY
MGM SUTUDIOS
Woke at 7.30 and got ready and went to breakfast jack had scrambled egg and i had the kids platter again and then caught the bus to mgm studios.
We arrived at 8.30 as this seems the closest park to our hotel to get to, was left into the park at 8.50 to see the park opening and then headed straight to Star Tours as jack had really been looking forward to this and this was a walk on when we reached the part where they ask you how many are in your party the was a stormtrooper there jack wanted his picture taken as i was looking in my bag for my camera it moved i thought it was just a model and i jumped much to the cm's amusement

This turned out to be one of jack's many favourite rides,we then went into the Muppets vision 3-D this was another favourite i loved the miss piggy song,the tattoo cart had just opened so jack wanted a stitch on his arm,he then went and had a play in the arcade at pizza planet where he got a good score on the basketball game.
We brought some gifts then went on The Great Movie Ride another good one,then we went to Journey into Narnia.

Next it was Voyage of the Little Mermaid This is one of my favourite films and i really enjoyed this it wa sooo sweet.Then we went to watch Indiana Jones Stunt Show jack didn't really want to do this but he ended up loving it it's a shame as we never got the chance to go back and se this again.
We then took a walk got a mickey ears ice cream each and sat on a bench on Sunset Boulevard to eat it today was quite nice as we were not rushing round like yesterday we just took our time ice creams gone we went to clean up and phoned home to tell them we were having fun.

Jack then asked me to go on the Tower of Terror so at the stand by entrance if there was anywhere jack could wait for me and he told me to let him queue up with me and tell them when i go to get on the ride which was really good as jack likes the film so he got the chance to see inside the ride.Told the cm about jack not wanting to ride and he explained that jack would go down another elevator and meet me at the exit so he took my bags and off i went i was really nervous of this ride but it is absolutely fantastic i loved every minute of it and when the elevator doors opened i could see my bag but no jack then i realized that he was in front of me dressed as a bellhop he looked so adorable guiding everyone of the ride (i'll try and post some pics over the weekend)i took a picture of him and bellhop lauren and he got a certificate to say that he was a junior bellhop,he was made up with this it was the highlight of his day when we went to the shop i brought him a bellhop stitch to remind him of his special day.

We then got a spot on Hollywood Boulevard to watch the parade jack loved this as the star wars charecters are in it as the parade was on it started to rain but it didn't spoil it and just started to get heavier when the parade was nearly over so when it was finished we thought we'd walk up through the shops to keep dryand then headed to the Backlot Studio Tours while on the way there the rain stopped there was a few technical hitches so we had to wait about 20 minutes then as we were coming round the corner to get off you could hear the Power Rangers song blasting from their car So jack wanted to get the red rangers autograph as his name is jack too then he had a play in the honey i shrunk the kids set.
We decided to get dinner so we went to Backlot Express jack had nuggets fries grapes and sprite i had a turkey cheese toasted sandwich with fries then we went back on Star Tours which was not the best idea as i felt a bit sick after going on after i ate we was then walking through the shop when a cm called us over and got us to try out a photo with jack so the put one up on screen of Anakin and Obe Wan Kenobe it was hilarious i had to buy it they told jack what faces to pull he was really chuffed with this aswell.
By then it was 6.00 so we decided to head to sunset boulevard again to get a seat to watch Fantasmic now i know i sound like an old fart but we chose a seat at the back as i hate getting stuck in crowds.
Jack brought himself a flashing strobe thing and when we were seated i talked Jack into getting some popcorn this was the most disgusting thing we had the whole time we were there what a waste so to compensate i got him some candy floss it started to rain again but not too much and then stopped againthe time seemed to pass quite quick then it was time i was very impressed with this and again this was something we both wished we'd done again! when it was over we quickly went to the bus as it really started to rain luckily a bus was in and we got a seat and it started to pour down so it payed off sitting at the back
We were back in our room for 8.00 but even though it was chucking it down with rain epople were still in the pool.
We stayed in our room as our feet and legs were killing us i also had some major blisters on my feet from wearing flip flops.
