Does anyone know anything about Elite Orlando VIP tours? A friend of a friend used them over spring break and were able to tour WDW without waits. How can this touring company work around the 3 FPs?

I googled it. Did your friend say they skipped lines or just toured without waits?

Sounds like the guide just uses smart touring strategies to minimize wait times for the client. Their site talks about guiding families through the parks at the least crowded times of the day. The official Disney VIP guides allow you to skip lines, but those are triple the price of these guides, more when you factor in the longer minimum booking time.
