Elevators at PC or other values?

Call me lazy or whatever you like, but I am thinking with a stroller and 2 small kids I need an elevator. Do the values have them? I have never stayed at one and we are staying at PC in Jan.

Please help!

If Pop Century is the same as the All-Stars,there will be elevators.I know at the end of a very long day I cant get the kids to walk up the stairs to the room and of course there is the game of "Lets take the elevator and race mom and dad"LOL.
