do they have elevators in building 2 at CSR? we are staying tonight and just got a text saying our room was ready on the 3rd floor. my mother can't walk up stairs because of her knee issues.

Pretty sure all buildings at CSR have elevators.

Yes it does have an elevator. You can still stop at check-in and see if they may have a ground floor room available.

I can now confirm that every Casitas building has tower elevators somewhere within the building.
