Has anyone ever done this onboard? this is what it states:

Elemis Sole Delight Foot Treatment with Pedicure Luxuriate in this rejuvenating foot therapy. Indulge your feet in the warmth of aromatherapy oils combined with the decadence of milk, followed by a full pedicure. Feel like you are walking on air.
Duration 55 min
Price $55

Since I am getting my vows renewed on the beach in St. Marteen I wanted a nice pedicure before I go since I will be barefoot and wearing some pretty feet jewelry....

anyone?

I did this treatment on the Wonder and was pleased with it overall. It was the first and only pedicure I've ever had (somehow never find time at home). I have read a lot of negative things on this board about the pedicure and it not being the best and suggestions to have one at home before you go if you have the time for it. But I thought the quality was very good and my toenail polish lasted a long time, almost a month, without any chips or it wearing off at the tips of my toenails.

One thing I would do differently is write "no sales pitch" on the paperwork you fill out before your treatment if you aren't interested in buying any of the spa products they sell (a tip I learned here). While the woman who did my treatment wasn't a hard sell, I still bought a bottle of some kind of oil for my feet and there it sits in my bathroom cabinet unused to this day.

Not sure if that helps any, but that was my experience.

I had one on our last cruise. It was nice, but not as nice as I was expecting it to be. Without thinking, I talked the therapist out of trying to sell me things as I can buy the Elemis items over here so kept chatting about them. She did ask me what they cost, and I guess she just couldn't beat it, so never suggested it!!!:lmao:

I've booked one for our next cruise!
We're doing WDW before the cruise , so i think my feet will be in need of some TLC!!
Thanks for the 'heads up' re the hard selling.....Im a Beautician myself & work for another well known brand, hopefully that will put them off!
When i booked, it said 'NEW' by side of it...Is it new or just changed perhaps?

I gave my wife one for her birthday last month on the Wonder and she LOVED it. She said politely no thanks to the products and they were never mentioned again. She stated the spa attendent was great and they had a nice conversation while she got a pedicure.

I don't know if it's new or just changed, but it sure sounds like the same treatment to me. :confused3 I hope you enjoy it and ITA about needing some TLC for the feet after WDW. That's what I did. :goodvibes

I've had two pedicures (different cruises) and plan to get one on my next cruise. I LOVE it! They massage the foot and lower leg. Plus the view from the seats is pure serenity! I'm not a talker. So the lady let me sit in peace, watch the beautiful view (we were heading into port both times) and enjoy the full pampering treatment. She did try to sell me some products. I got a "free" mini temple massage. As she was trying to sell me some headache relieving lotion. I wasn't badgered about buying product. The products were presented throughout the pedicure, I declined, they moved on. No biggie! IMHO, it was pure DELIGHT! :cloud9:
