Electricals On An Airplane?

Hi, a silly question here. It's been about 10 years since I've been abroad, and even longer since I've flown . My question is, If you take a hairdryer or travel kettle do you put it in your suitcase or in your hand luggage?Hope someone will be able to help, thanks. Julie

Hi Julie, welcome No question is silly on these boards, someone else is probably interested in the answer too!

If I'm taking a hairdryer or travel kettle I always put them in my suitcase and just make sure I wrap some of our clothes around them as extra padding.
