GF, Poly, CR, WL...I also saw it on a boat leaving MK going to WL. My DS8 absolutely loves it!

We saw it a couple of days ago from the beach at the Polynesian at 9.00pm, I believe it then goes on to the Contemporary and around Bay Lake.

I know I have seen the details somewhere but I can't remember where.

It is a cute parade and it holds special memories for me. We saw it from the beach at FW on our first trip in the early 80's. I seemed to embody the "Magic" for us on that trip. I remember it fondly.
That said, I would not make a special trip to Bay Lake just to see it. If you are in the area it is a must do however.

We've watched it a few times from the beach at WL. It's such a unique and fun experience and we highly recommend taking some time out for it!

Yes you can. If you take the bus you will have to transfer from the POP bus to a Poly bus at one of the parks or at DTD. If you drive just show your POP parking pass to the gate guard and they'll let you through with no problem.
