Can see you watch the EWP from the balcony of your room at the WL?

Not really. WL is like a "U" shape with the tips facing the water. Plus, it's set back a bit from the water. You may be able to see it from a few rooms on the very ends. I think those are the deluxe rooms.

The best viewing areas would be on the water either the beach or dock. As mentioned, you may get a partial lake view, but your view of the EWP would be obstructed by trees, etc. unless you are in one of the few mentioned rooms on the end of the wings.
Maybe the rooms that look directly onto the lake in what many call the Bear Face rooms would get a decent view. They are off the lobby.
