As promised, here are pictures of the treat box given out when you purchase Premium Seating for the Electrical Parade. You also get a glass of wine (or a soft drink).

The event is held at the Golden Vine Winery and includes a table and chairs and a great view of the parade! The CMs are great and very attentive.

Here are the photos: At the top are two chocolate truffles and cheese; in the middle, left to right, are grapes, water crackers and plasticware/napkin; in the bottom, left to right, are the following mini desserts: Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake, Macaroon, Chocolate Mousse and a chocolate covered strawberry.

I am so jealous! We are going to go for the first 2 parts of the trifecta on Saturday, so we are skipping EP special seating, and doing F! dessert seating again (the next night)--but that looks way better than the F! desserts!

Yummy...

the cheese is YUUUUUUMY! I got my hands on some and they were really really good. :)

Can You Tell Me How To Reserve The Premium Seating For The Electrical Parade. I Would Sure Be A Fun Experience.

Thank You In Advance

Actually, I think they are using the same box now for Fantasmic . . . . so you might luck out!

Call Disney Dining at (714) 781-3463 and they can direct you to the premium seating experiences line. The cost is $59 per person (no discounts). I don't know if there is a lower price for a child. And it WAS a fun experience (although very cold the night we were there!)

That is the same dessert box for Fantasmic seating. I loved haveing great seats and drinks but was disappointed by the desserts. I wish they had been more kid-friendly- like mickey cookies or rice krispie treats. My kids threw away most of what was in their boxes.

Yay! So they've changed F! dessert box since Oct? Cause we just got cookies and stuff... dd would love the cheese and grapes! 7 more days till I can make my F! ressies!

Thanks so much for sharing! We decided to not do the priemium this trip and put a bit more $ and buy AP's instead! Now I know what I am missing and maybe next trip?????????

:lmao: When we did the Fantasmic dessert seating my kids didn't like any of the desserts and we had to go outside the little roped off area and buy them churros.

See thats how i see it too! I would love to do it but for 6 of us its an extra350! :scared1: Thats 2-3 days of food or LOTZ of extra things to bring home...but maybe one day if we go in the summer we will try to save the extra for the good seats! but i hope u all have lots of fun!!! Take an extra pic for all of us!

We were there last week, and that is the same box we had for Fantasmic. It was VERY good. Way too much food but we brought it back to the hotel and enjoyed some of it later. The only difference is that the Fantasmic box had a really beautiful little white sculpted "edible" spoon included, done in the same white sugar stuff that they make the cookie boat sail out of. It tasted like cardboard, but it was sure pretty! :rotfl:

On our way out that night, there was a CM directing the very heavy flow of the crowd with one of those flashlight baton things. He motioned us over, looking rather stern... and played his flashlight over the leftover contents of our Fantasmic boxes. "Hm.... I'm going to have to confiscate this cheesecake, and that truffle...." then he grinned and waved us on.

Do you get a good view with these seats.

I am considering this for our upcoming trip in which I will have a 5 year old and 7 year with me. Would they enjoy watching the parade from here, or is it better to go earlier and scout out our own seats.

Where can I find more info about this? I'd love to know exact price, when and who to call, what's involved with getting your table the night of the parade, etc. Thanks!

I don't have the number right here, but if you call the Disney Dining number (the same one you would call for Priority Seating) I believe there is an option for "premium seating experiences" or the Cast Member you get can direct you to the right dept.

You pay for your tickets when you place the call (need a credit card) and then pick up the vouchers at the Guest Relations office in DCA (right near the Golden Gate Bridge entrance).

They tell you to be there an hour before the parade--so if the parade is at 8:45 then you would need to be there at 7:45 p.m. (but SHHHH--I like to go earlier because I like to get a table near the theater room (to the left as you are looking at the parade route)). They give you the goodie box that I pictured earlier in the thread--or you can go to one of the restaurants/counter service places nearby and bring it back (we wanted something more so got an order of chicken strips--then ended up not eating our boxed goodies because we were full--bad move! There are usually two cast members who serve the drinks, bring the goodie boxes, take photos (with your camera), etc. I have found them all to be exceptionally nice.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Oh and the price is $59 per person. Don't know if there's a lower price for kids because I've always been with adults--and frankly if I had kids I probably wouldn't do this because I think the kids would like the parade better being right on the parade route (there are some "floats" that come up directly to you if you are on the parade route).

The picture is fuzzy but there's no doubt it's Tillamook Cheddar Cheese from Tillamook, Oregon. Best cheddar cheese in the world! (I prefer the mild, not the sharp.)
