Electrical Parade FastPass

Anyone know when the electrical parade fast pass becomes available? We are 14 days out and I thought it would be available by now but I do not see it as an option. Just wondering when others have been able to book theirs? Thanks for your help!

From my reading here, seems more like 5 to 10 days.
