how much does it cost to rent an electric chair in the parks ? And can I take it from park to park if riding the hogwarts express?

Yes you can ride hogwarts express.
You cannot take it through the wall. But you will skip most of the line.

Don't know cost because we rented through outside vendor for 11 days.

You mean a scooter, right? An electric wheelchair has a small toggle control and is usually expensive and customized for an individual - not something that can be rented out. A scooter, or ECV, is less expensive, and info can be found here:
