Electric Water Pageant?

Hi,


Can anyone tell me about the Electric Water Pageant? It's not listed in the 'parades and shows' schedule online. Do they still do this? Where is the best place to see it from?

The Electrical Water Parade is shown nightly in front of the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary and the Wilderness Lodge. It's really cute. There is a float with a dragon, dinosaur, turtle, King Triton and I think a few more that have just slipped my mind. Each float has it's own music, then changes to stars & stripes.

We saw it while we were leaving the MK a couple of years ago getting on the monorail.It is a couple of barges that have floats on the them with lights, the one i remember seeing had the stars and stripes on it for the flag.Buut never got to see all of the pageant. It starts after the fireworks at MK and starts at the Poly at 9:00 then over to the GF 9:15,WL 9:35,FW 9:45 and then CR at 10:05. THats the times I have but it might change due to the season when u go but maybe some one will know more..You can watch from the beach at the poly or i am sure from the water at any of the resorts it passes as well.

On our trip in Sept. 2003, the first night of our trip we went over to the Wilderness Lodge and watched it while sitting on the beach. There's lounge chairs on the beach, so a bunch of families enjoyed it, and we could hear the music. Then one night when me and my husband went out to dinner at the California Grill on top of the Contemporary, we had a seat next to a window and saw the parade traverse the whole route - that was really cool......

Is it always at 9pm, regardless of the MK's closing time?

We love watching it from the WL - we get a hot chocolate from Roaring Forks and head up to the 2nd level outdoor patio - it's a great view there.

I actually remember watching it from the Ft. Wilderness campground about 25 year ago!
