Hi

We are off to WDW next month and I have never seen the Electrical Water Pagaent.
It doesn't seem to be widely advertised either.

Is it still on, and when is it on?

Thanks:wave2:

Hi

Yes it is still on.

Here is some info for you.

Here

Hope this helps

We saw it for the first time last year. We watched it from our table at 'Ohana and it was really pretty. Sort of a cut down Spectro on water!! This year we are going to watch it from the beach at either the Poly or Grand Floridian.

It makes a pleasant end to a day at the parks, especially if you are heading to one of the monorail resorts to eat. Its nice to catch this either before or after your meal, chilling out with something nice from the bar ;) .

It says this only runs during extended Disney hours at Magic Kingom, does it run during the last 2 weeks of August as that is when we will be there and we'd love to see it, it looks awesome!

hi

this looks cool. is it on in september? i have seen all the other things advertised like wishes and illuminations and spectromagic (with times) but i havent seen this one before. is it on every night?

Yes it is on nightly. However, the beaches at the Grand Floridian and Polynesian have signs on saying that they are for the exclusive use of resort guests only. Although this rule is not strictly enforced it is still a rule and overcrowding on the beaches makes it less pleasant for the actual resort guests. However, if you are having dinner at 'Ohana or a restaurant at the Grand Floridian then I would say that there would not be a problem.

We stayed at the GF last week and watched it from the beach there after our dinner at V&A's. Apart from us and a few ducks, there was no-one else there.

The ducks were hilarious. They started to toddle across the beach in front of us and I said, "Wouldn't it be funny if they stopped to watch". Sure enough, half way along the beach, they sat at the water's edge! After about a minute they went on their way. Guess they've seen it before.

We watched it last Christmas from the Contemporary Resort after eating at Chef Mickey's. We were the only ones watching - no ducks!

It does not last very long - about 10 minutes in all but it is quite entertaining and very effective.

There is also a small beach over in the trees/picnic area by the Widerness lodge where you get a very good and uncrowded view.

Best to check it out in daylight first though :p
