We just drove our Tesla down from Massachusetts last month. The charging options at Disney are pretty poor...basically only Epcot or the cabins at Ft Wilderness. Luckily for them, the Chevy has a gas back up while the Tesla does not. Lucky for us the electric range is 7x as much in the Tesla, so we did not need to charge during our stay.
Disney is really behind the times when it comes to EVs. Although I've read online that some hotels will give you an extension cord to plug into a wall outlet (it just takes forever doing it this way). They should have at least 2 EV charging spots at every deluxe hotel and more at the parks. I guarantee they would make their money back within a very short time period. (Ie: non resort guests going to expensive deluxe resort restaurants, Florida EV owners buying annual passes because the drive is "free", etc)
There are tons of charging options for a Volt offsite but it defeats the purpose as a round trip to the charger would basically deplete the battery.
For future client reference plugshare.com is a great site for finding EV charging!
