Electric appliances in resort?

We're planning an onsite trip for this fall, staying at Caribbean Beach . I have multiple dietary intolerances, and I'm hoping to be able to have a few meals in the room. Not things that really require cooking or would make a lot of odor. Things like toast (I can't use the food court toasters for cross-contamination reasons), instant grits or instant rice cereal (using hot water from a electric kettle), etc.

The most "cooking" I'd do would be to add boiling water to a safe "cup-o-soup" equivalent.

Does anyone know if WDW allows small electric appliances (toaster, electric kettle, or similar) to be used in the room? If they don't, that's fine and I can eat more meals in the restaurants or eat more meals that don't require heating. I just find that it's very, very difficult and time consuming for me to stay on a "clean" diet if I'm eating all or most of my meals in restaurants.

While I appreciate that Disney *can* make me a counter service meal that is gluten, dairy, legume, nightshade, etc, etc free... I prefer the convenience of taking a bus back to my resort and making a snack for myself.

I know that this question would probably be more appropriate on the resorts board, but I suspect it would turn into a flamewar fairly quickly. :)

I have used a hot pot without problems. You can also use the coffee maker to heat water.

If you take a toaster, why not allow it to cool and then put it in a drawer, after dusting off the crumbs?

I'm not sure, but I believe at one time CBR and the other moderates had coffee pots that could be borrowed. You might not want to borrow one for cross contamination reasons, but they have had them in the rooms.
The moderates also have refrigerators if that would help you with some other food options. There are grocery services that will deliver to your room.

There was a coffee pot in our CBR room. It was on the shelf above the clothes rack in the open closet in the sinkroom (just outside the toilet and shower room).
