No, we always cruise on election week, they don't do anything special..

No they don’t do anything. I was on the ship Nov 8 2016 and brought champagne to my room to watch the election. Never opened it. Glad they didn’t do anything because tensions would be too high. You’ll still get all the news channels in your room; you won’t be uninformed.

On our trip this year we were able to get CNN and Fox News on the stateroom TV, so you could throw your own private election party with room service!

I was about to ask, is there a big election this year? But then I remembered congress. I usually only pay attention to the presidential elections, so any other elections would not be on my radar on a cruise. I'm one of those people both sides are always trying to get out to vote. lol.
