I have been on a mission to eat at every venue in WDW this one has eluded me for awhile now!

I know! We never go to the World at busy times so I have only eaten there once, when Pecos was closed for a refurb.

We go every year around this time and I have never seen it open now. Hopefully having extra magic hours that night (until 2!!) will increase the crowds enough.

I would say no, because this place isn't usually open unless it's extremely crowded, or if another location is under refurbishment. January isn't high season at Disney, so I would say it won't be open.

I am pretty sure it won't be. I have only seen it open a few times in the past few years. It was open over Christmas and the taco salad that is typically on the menu at Pecos Bills was being served there. When asked they said the Taco Salad would be back at Pecos Bills after the holidays because they would be closing up.
