Isn't it funny... There are a few of us where I work (three or four) who - simply put - are Disney freaks. We quite literally can't go by one another without making some comment or talking about our plans / schemes to justify another trip. We fall in the "ARE" camp. Then there are others who look at us with a perplexed tilt to their head wondering what in the world we're so excited about. They're in the "AREN'T" camp.

Why don't some people get it?!

Us freaks are an unusual bunch. I am usually planing our next trip while I'm on our present trip. My family has gotten used to not even asking where we're going... Disney, right?

I am with you both on this one. I am 100%, out of my mind, complete Disney nutball:banana: as my Husband calls me. I can't help myself. I love everything about Disney. I can't wait to get back and I have only been to the world once. Granted I use to go every year to Disney Land as child but as a married, mommy I have only been there in 05 and I have been planning out up coming trip since then.:rotfl:
There is just so much to do and see. I feel you have to be a true child at heart. If you are part of the club so to speak its because you have memory that means so much and is connected to DISNEY some how.:cloud9:
I don't care what anyone thinks. I am on trip #2 and I planned to go every chance I get. I may want to try the cruise but other then that I am a Disney vacationer for life. I don't need to go anywhere else. I love it there and I will go even when my kids are grown and its just me and the hubby. There's just so much to see and do and its ever changing so you can never get bored.
I LOVE DISNEY AND I AM PROUD....
Whose with me?????:grouphug:

LOL I could have written your post! We are Disney Freaks in our house! We are going to the World in December and I am already starting to plan our next one! I am obsessed.

Hi, my name is Casey and I am a Disneyaholic! :wave2:

We ARE right there with you! :rotfl: I figure I'm fine with those other folks not understanding the fascination-it means they won't be in line ahead of me at the attractions! :rotfl2:

That is why I do girls weekends...or just mom and kids trips to the mouse! When DH is Disney'd out, we just leave his butt home! :rotfl:

Hi . . . My Name is Rhonda . . . and I am a Disneyaholic.

BUT, keep me away from any 10 step procedure to get better. I love my addiction.

I hear ya... I don't think other friends and family can understand why we want to go to the same place every year and they definitely don't understand why we bought into the DVC.

Luckily, by chance, my company recently hired another disney freak. She sits in the cube next to me. I think we talk about Disney EVERY day and I love it. I turned her onto the DISboards and I am sure she will soon be an addict too. (I am such an enabler).

We talk about Disney almost every day in our house too...whether it is trip planning or sharing something we read on the these boards or watching a travel channel show...it just keeps popping up. We are sooo pathetic.

another one here........ luckily for me I found some cohorts at work that are of like mind. The others - just don't 'get it' :goodvibes
they certainly do not understand a countdown....

If loving Disney makes me a freak then I don't want to be normal. :hippie:

Hi......my name is Nikki.....and I am a Disneyaholic.

I have dragged DH into loving Disney as much as me and DD4 already helps with itinerary planning. DS1 is in training to become a Disneyaholic. My in-laws are Disney Freaks---they are the ones that did this to me. i had never been to Disney before they took me---bless thier hearts. My parents on the other hand fall into the don't get it category. they are always criticising us for going every year especially since I became a SAHM but my kids are going to only be little once and I love to see the magic in their eyes. So if we use our tax refund for Disney every year, that is our business. That is what we tell my parents but they just don't get it!
