Einstein* goes solo!

Good morning everyone!

Several weeks ago I was asking questions about Gay Days and crowds. Long story short: I'm not going during Gay Days but I *am* going the week after Memorial Day (5/26- 5/31) for a photo-centric trip. Leaving just as all the fun gets going. Sigh.

Is anyone going to be down at WDW during that time? I missed the New York meet a few weeks back and kick myself in the head for that. But I'm not bitter. I swear!!!!!

Also, any pointers for a solo trip? What nights to go where, hidden counter service restaurants that no one ever thinks of?

ETA: See that asterisk by Einstein in the thread title? I forgot to mention how I feel like a real "Einstein" for going the week before Gay Days thereby proving my "Einstein" status. D'oh!

OH!!! I am TOTALLY envious. I love having some serious alone time with my camera @ WDW!!!! (I am even eying a 10.1 megapixel piece of eye candy for my next visit) It IS too bad you'll miss meetin' everybody though...No chance you could stay a little longer?

I have always wanted to do a solo trip to Disney. At the last minute I usually get the guilts and take my daughter or my Mom, but someday It's in the cards for me I know.

Nauf I hope you have a great trip. Try and meet with Mike and Conk if you can..they're really good people.

Its such a weird feeling. I mean, I am ecstatic about going but kind of wish I had been able to make plans with some friends. Going with friends does puts a damper on the photography aspect. Other people tend to frown on stopping and taking picture after picture after picture of something just to see what a different setting does.

I wish I could prolong the trip but I can't. Of course, this just gives me an excuse for planning for next year, right?
