How is the Eggplant Napoleon at Mama Melrose's?

I've seen 2 pictures of it, 1 had the eggplant on top of spaghetti and 1 did not. Has it changed or do you have to order spaghetti separately?

Any reviews or pics would be appreciated.

although I LOVE eggplant, I cannot recommend the eggplant at MM. Had it once and it was rather hard and chewy. I HATE biting into a piece of undercooked eggplant, YUCK!!!! and it was way undercooked there. I won't chance it again. Don't remember it coming with spaghetti.

my wife swears by it..............if you saw it with spaghetti it was a substitute, that is the way my wife orders it also. also the rigatoni with sausage and peppers and caprino cheese is out of this world.

Mama Melrose's changes their menu regularly - we ate their in december and again in march and the menu was very different. The waitress told us they rotate things on and off seasonally and things are taken off every 4 months or so. I'd say the menu on the Disney site is probably the most up to date, though it won't necessarily be the same when you're there depending on how far out you go!
