Egg salad recipe?

I usually just add mayo and mustard but I was wondering if there are different ways to make egg salad. What do you put in yours?

I make mine like you do--mayo, and a little bit of mustard with salt and a dash of pepper.

DH makes his with pickle relish, and had been known to add carrots to the mix.

It comes from a recipe book called Beat That which is full of the most delicious recipes (although extremely fattening) I've ever tried. I also have the Beat This book and it has a deviled egg recipe which is very similar to the egg salad one.

I make mine just like deviled egg recipe too, with vinegar.
