I have only seen them at Epcot, China, Lotus Blossum Cafe.

MK used to have them in Adventureland, near the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. It was a little kiosk. It was there on our trip last year.

We saw that cart this past weekend but it wasn't open.

Aside from that, China Pavilion @ Epcot as previously mentioned.

The ones at Lotus Blossom in China are very good the ones from the cart in Adventureland are Magical! The cart opens seasonally but if you see it open grab and eggroll

Can't you also get them from the Yak & Yeti CS location at AK?

I though I heard you could get them there...

Yes I have had the egg rolls at Yak n Yeti counter service and thought they were a great lunch!!!!
