Egads! Someone stole my husband's bike!

He rides his bike to work. He forgot to put it in the garage last night. It was sitting right by our side door. Well, lo and behold, this morning it is gone! He walked to work this morning as we are going somewhere afterwards and I will pick him up, so he didn't realize it until he thought about not seeing it on his way out the door. He thought maybe one of us put the bike away or something. Dirty rats!! Ugghh!! He will not be a happy camper!

We've had bikes taken too. DH left one of his outside, not concealed, but out of plain site. It started raining, or was about to rain, and I told him to bring it in. The bike wasn't there.

It sucks when people steal things we work hard to pay for. But no matter what we do and what we buy or how we try to protect the things somone out there always wants it worse than we do and doens't want to do the work to earn it. Sorry about that hopefully your insurance will cover the new one. I hadf that happen with my motorcycle a few years ago and it sucks.

Reminds me of when I had my lawnmower stolen from INSIDE my garage one night... All I can say is they're lucky I didn't hear my garage door opening or there would be some very bruised people in jail...
