My last experience with MS did not go as smooth. I called to do a re-allocation of points for a reservation this summer. I wanted to free up current use year points and replace those current points in the reservation with borrowed points. The MS rep did not speak english very well which added to the communication failure. I was basically being told that I could not do it because I had to use current use year points 1st before I borrowed points. I knew that to be false. After asking, a Supervisor came on the line and explained that in order to re-alocate the points the reservation would have to be canceled and then re-schduled using the re-allocated points. Unfortunately if this particular reservation were canceled it would have been lost and could not be re-schduled. This of course made perfect sense and I thanked the supervisor. Total time about 20 minutes.
