Yesterday I signed up for the efax free trial and was credited the same day on SR. Today I tried to log in to try the service, and was unable to log in. I called the customer service # and was told I need to fax a copy of my credit card statement to them, which I refused to do (couldn't do it anyway without a fax machine or access to my efax acct!!!). Then they told me they would send me additional forms to fill out and email back to them to activate my acct. Did this happen to anyone else? I thought this one was straightforward and easy. Something doesn't seem right and now I don't even want the free trial, just want out.
