Totally forgot my DD's little friend and just recieved a gift in the mail to her from him :scared1:. I have to mail it (or ship it straight there because we are in VA and he is in LA).

Ideas???? I'm thinking books. Can I order from scholastic? Or have a gift card sent and he can shop.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Oh, trying to keep in the $15/$25 range NOT including shipping :confused3

My 7 year olds loves lots of things, but Legos and Hot Wheels are always welcomed.

Lots of gifts there in your price range and available at your local Target or Walmart.

Or go direct to Lego.com....

My 6yo son loves anything with dinosaurs (toys, book). He also likes Playmobil toys, Webkinz, board games, and Imaginext Toys.

Spiderman, batman, superman, transformers, legos, cars/hot wheels, board games

My ds6 is NOT into super heros, starwars, cars (which kills me, since we have all of dd11's hotwheels - he LOVED THEM), or transformers. He does love legos (are there any boys who DON'T love legos) and nerf guns.

Thx. I think I might go the lego route. This is a kid or has everything/needs nothing, so I'm kinda stumped. I may go something a little more "crafty" though too??

I would go the gift card route, especially if you don't know his tastes. Maybe you could package it up really cute. Plus Target has a gift card that doubles as a remote control car... how cool is that?!?!?!

so I don't understand, you got a gift from him and now you HAVE TO go out and get him something ?? maybe you should send hima thank you card from your daughter. Christmas is not a tit for tat thing. Sometimes you give or get something without it being reciprocated and that is okay.

well, I don't HAVE too, but I feel like i should. on the other hand though, i don't want to start something. i am trying really hard to narrow my shopping down to the necessary peeps. i guess i feel a little guilty, that's all :(

Check out Amazon's pjs for kids. They have some really cute character pjs, and they aren't expensive. You could have it shipped to their home. Kids love character pjs! HTH! :) :santa:

A gift card to Blockbuster so he can pick out a few movies to watch over the Holiday break is always welcome in my experience. Even better, if you get it on-line it can be shipped by the company much faster than you can get it there. Also, Walmart has a 'ship to store' option so the Mom can pick it up in a day or 2 if you want to send a toy.

Have you looked at Snap Circuits? They are highly recommended by the Budget Board people and look like so.much.fun. The jr. set is in your price range and you can find them on Amazon. They've become my go to gift in that age range. :thumbsup2
