I don't know the office set-up, but if there's no changing table in the restroom (as there likely isn't in an office restroom) maybe she could have changed the child on a changing pad just outside the restroom if the restroom was yucky. And sprayed air freshener...


I bet if her child could of talked, she too would of said 'are you nuts-quit smelling my butt in front of people?!" 
What I used to hate was sometimes it wasn't a real stinky diaper so you actually had to peer down in it (or up into it) to see if there was a number to change, but the "number" was right at the edge, and you ended up with goo on your fingers.
Yep, just one of the wonderful parenting memories that I know I was blessed with making.
