EE worth it on a crowd level 2 day?

Hi!

We were going to use EE to ride gringotts but the last two mornkngs, waits have been an hour during EE but only 20-30 minutes in the afternoon!

Should we just ditch the EE idea and hope for the best?

That would be my plan! Keep an eye on wait times. It most likely will settle down as people realize what you did or if they add another ride to the mix. You could also plan to be one of the first to get there during early admission.

We were there the morning of 9/6 at the start of EE, walked straight back to Gringotts (got a locker) and walked through the majority of the queue before the elevator. We were off the ride by 8:25. We got back in the single rider line and rode it again before the park opened at 9:00. So twice within an hour.

When we were back in the area the next day around 10-11 a.m., the wait time fluctuated between 45-70 minutes as I stood there drinking a frozen Butterbeer.

I was at EE this morning and it was really quiet. Walked straight through to the lifts and the ride time was posted as 10 mins. Wasn't planning on going but couldn't sleep so though I might as well be proactive. Went back to Gringotts at about 1.30pm and the posted time was 15 mins and single rider was a walk on...

EE is up to you but it was nice to walk into DA and not have to negotiate the crowds wanting pics of the dragon....

Another question about EE. How does it work when Studios opens at 8 and IOA opens at 9.
Would it be 7 for Studios and 8 for IOA?

Right now, there is only early admission at the Studios. And it is at 7.

What time did you head over to the park for EE?

Left RPR at about 7.45 and walked to the park taking pics on my way. By the time I got to the park they were letting people straight into DA.
