EE with 2-day ticket?

Is there any way to get an early entry with a 2-day hopper ticket? My whole family is going for 4 days (no problem), but my teenage daughter is flying in for a 2-day trip with us. We were hoping to save our EE for one of the days she is with us. Is there any hope of getting her an EE? Thanks for any help you can give.

Only if you are staying at one of the DLR hotels. Other than that, there is no EE for two day tickets.
