EE was a bummer. Why Disney? Why?

I was soooooooo excited to get on this ride and quite thrilled with myself when I realized there was a single rinder line even though it wasn't marked from the outside.

I rode it. I thought, "There must be more to this." But there wasn't! True, it is a nice roller coaster. I just imagined so much more from a coaster that looks so huge and eleborate from the outside, and was built in this "modern marvel" age. I think I enjoyed the television documentary about the construction of EE more than I enjoyed the actual ride.

With that said, of course we rode it several times using that single rider line, but it just wasn't the ride I thought it would be.

Oh well, at least it made me realize how much I love Rockin Roller Coaster at MGM. There is always a silver lining!

You are exactly the THIRD person (out of hundreds of posts here) that didn't like EE.

I like those "odds".

I rode EE 4 times this January and loved it.

I don't care much for RnRC (do it once per trip), so you can ride IRnRC, and I'll be over at EE.

:thumbsup2

Everybody has their thing, this one just isn't yours, no big deal, lots of other things to do at WDW. :)

And don't feel bad, after the huge buildup about Mission Space, I was totally let down. I kept on thinking the same thing - "is this all there is? there must be more than this?" and then it was over.

Sometimes the buildup is just way too big. If Disney kept it all secret, maybe people wouldn't expect so much more. :)

The Yeti has been in B-mode (non-moving) quite often recently, maybe that's why it didn't blow you away.

How does EE compare intense wise, to the other coasters like BTMR, and SM. I have also never done RNRC, I always wondered how intense that one was compared to the others also.

To each his own. I personally loved it! Especially the part with the Yeti! Scary!! :scared1:

I agree! I thought there would be more Yeti or something. EE will not be a ride I go on every trip. :sad2:

RnR had been DH and my favorite coaster, now EE is! :) The yeti was active for us!

Just please tell me the Yeti on EE is more exciting than the Yeti on the Matterhorn at DL. He was pretty lame. :rotfl:

We loved it too, and yes, I'll admit...even though I saw it coming, I ducked down when we went under the Yeti! :teeth:

Then make me number four. I think the queue was extremely well done. The Yeti was realistic and frightening. But the coaster itself? Meh. Granted, I only rode it once and I will give it another shot. However, at this point, I prefer RnR.

I loved the coaster. In Feb I rode it 4 times and plan on riding it a few more times in May. I am hoping the Yeti is working - we just didn't get a "scary" feeling from the Yeti. I don't think he was working. But then again we laugh at the dinosaur at the end of Dinosaur (you know where you get your pic taken)

Wish all felt like you so I could have EE all to myself.

Sure.
We can keep a running total.
Bet I don't need to use a calculator.
(Or even use both hands worth of fingers). :goodvibes
