Hi -- Any ideas on the best strategy for riding Fantasyland attractions (including Matterhorn, Toad, Alice, Pinocchio) AND Space Mtn during the same Early Entry day? Is it better to proceed directly to Fantasyland and cover those attractions first (and head to TL for Space Mtn after) OR go to Space Mountain first and Fantasyland after. Thanks for the help!!
:thumbsup2

I prefer to tackle all the FL rides during EE and then head to Space right at park opening to grab a FP for later.

Me too. Using EE on rides you can later FP does not make sense to me. Go to Fantasyland during EE.

Thanks for the advice. Will definately go to Fantasyland first! Incidently, Hydroguy -- just printed off your DLR Guide for WDW Vets -- great job. Will be reading it again on the plane

I agree with Hydroguy & DangerMouse. With one day EE, I would do (in order):

- PP
- Dumbo
- Alice
- Matterhorn

- Toad
- Teacups (we skip)
- Carousel
- Pinocchio
- SW

Then off to SM or Indy to get a FP at general admission rope drop.

The first 4 above are critical.

My first experience with EE:

Have fun. :thumbsup2

Hound - thanks for the advice. And I'm bummed to hear that Jefferson Airplane is not part of the Alice soundtrack! :hippie:
:lmao:

Alice, Toady (check to see that it's open after refurb) & Pinocchio were neat "dark" rides...& during EE you can knock them out. (Hydroguy, DangerMouse, & 4 or 5 other vets helped me formulate my plans. Those guys absolutely rock :thumbsup2)

Also, print his "How to do DLR during High Season Thread" if you're a FP geek. It has saved my family hours of time. By touring effieciently & picking up FPs the first 2 1/2 hours, it makes the rest of the day SO much more relaxing & enjoyable. :dance3:

If you intend to "skip" any of the rides in FL (but do the first 4 & Toady in order) & want to come back to do Snow White & Pinocchio later & you find yourself at 5 -10 min. before reg. rope drop (& you're standing there next to the Carousel), a good strategy is to move towards SM or to the rope drop for Advenland / Indy (to nab FSs the min. they're available on "the rope drop hour).

Have fun! :hippie:
