I read on these boards that someone got an email that EE would be closed 4/27-5/06. Has anyone else heard this? If it's true, I'm going to have to rearrange my whole schedule.
I know what post you are referring to; it is not true.
The poster was joking around that he/she got the e-mail about EE being closed 4/27-5/6 because those are the dates of his/her trip and they wanted to spread the word so there wouldn't be a line for EE when he/she was there.
the internet is a VERY powerful tool, isn't it???? LOL. I will stand-up and admit that was me that posted that as a joke (albiet a very smart one obviously) to rid myself of greuling EE lines during my vacation......
Now, did I tell you the email I got from Disney about MK being closed????????

Sorry, duh!!! I guess since EE is new, it slipped my notice, LOL. I was going over everything at Disney I could think of with 'E's' & nothing came to mind.
I almost just had a heart attack! I was there in February all excited to ride EE. It was closed the day we went to Animal Kingdom. So, just because of that I planned another weekend. And we were planning on doing EE on May 6th. So glad to hear it is open. I can't wait to ride it.
Don't tell me about the abbreviations-- I remember when EE stood for Early Entry.... of course, everyone uses EMH (Extra Magic Hours) now. I still call ADRs (Advance Dining Reservations) by their old name of PSes (Priority Seatings) all the time
When I first found this board I didn't know what the heck was being talked about half the time. I was able to figure out MK, Poly and Pop but had to strain to think of the others: CR, GF, AK, WL, POR POFQ, ASMu, ASMO, ASSp, CSR, CBR, BC, BWV, YC, OKW, SSR, SOG and don't forget about MNSSHP, MVMCP, EMH. Don't even get me started on the rides. IASW already causes me mental issues (15 minutes of the same song over and over again) but I added to them by trying to figure out what IASW meant. I guess I got used to the abbreviations pretty quick, but I wish there was a newbie dictionary.

We're staying at All Star Music. Never stayed there, but it was the only resort available since we just made the reservation a couple days ago. I have a goal to stay at all the resorts, though, so it should be fun! I haven't told my 6yo that I'm bringing him.
