Since the Mad Hatter Hat has a Number next to it, I did it for some reason, the fraction was: 10/6 Which is: 1 2/3 : Date: January 23rd? (1/23/06)

Just a weird guess, there maybe some kind of event at that time? Than again nothing happens during 23rd just beginning and end of month

I thought the paper was from the movie, The fraction just meant that the hatter was mad?

I kind of thought of that before but, I didnt know if the fraction was exactly the same fraction. So I just made up a theory like what a Mad Hatter would do.

The 10/6 on the Mad Hatter's hat is actually a price tag. I means the hat costs 10 shillings sixpence.

the mad hatter hat has always had the fraction 10/6 on it; in the movie and on the actual hats at disneyland. i don't think jan 23rd has anything to do with it... and yeah because the mad hatter is mad he has an improper and unreduced fraction on his head.

The Mad Hatter's numbers are a price tag. It's the old way of displaying a price tag in England, the fraction means 10 shillings 6 pence. The Mad Hatter was crazy long before Minnie Pearl got the idea for her $1.98 hat! Alice's Aventures was written in 1865 and Through the Looking Glass in 1872!
