Edited: Red Hook Ferry price - resident and non-resident

Has anyone taken the Red Hook Ferry recently? 2 years ago, I thought I paid $12/pp roundtrip. The Virgin Islands Ferry schedule website now lists:

Resident $12.00
Non-Resident $16.30

Is this accurate?
