Last time we were in Epcot, we all wanted to eat at La Cantina, but the CMs at the entrance told us that ECVs weren't allowed, and I'd have to leave it outside the dining area. I told them I couldn't walk, so that wouldn't work. They wouldn't budge, so we ended up not dining there, Is that their normal policy, or was it just that it was very busy?

La Cantina I believe is the one outside the Pavilion, right? We have taken ECVs in there before, but it is tight and depending on where a table is available, you may not be able to do so. I personally would have asked for a manager to see if there were any options available, such as perhaps them providing a loaner wheelchair and someone in your party pushing you to the table.
