ECV/scooter rental in Vegas

I am going to Las Vegas for the first time Feb.9-12 and will need to rent an ECV. Does anyone know resources/companies where I can rent one? Also, any suggestions or experiences for "doing Vegas with a disability" would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.
