Hi,
We're driving down in a minivan and renting an ECV for MIL.

Just in case we decide to use the minivan while at Disney, is it hard to get the ECV in the minivan? Or is it too heavy and/or time consuming?

Thanks!

fully assembled they range from about 90 to 140 lbs. two strong people can lift one in if there is room, no back seat helps. But almost all of them disasemble and the parts can be put in whereever. usually doesn't take too long of course it is more of a pain than not having to but it is easily doable, I am taking two scooters with me and must get them in rented SUV this time.
Hope you have a good time. Take your handicapped parking permit if you have one.

You could also email or call the company that you are renting from and ask the dimensions and weigth of each part when it is taken apart. They usually disassemble into pieces that weigh no more than 35 pounds.
Since (I'm assuming) it is your van that you are driving down, you should be able to compare the measurements and decide how well it will fit along with your passengers and luggage.

Disassembled it will fit in the back easily. Assembled it will fit if the back seats are out. My girls could lift my old ECV in and out from the mini-van and did until I got a lift for it.
