ECV Rental Universal Studio

Does anyone know if you can reserve or if they even rent ECV's at Universal Studio's? We always have Deckerts deliver them to the DLH when we are in Disneyland but I'm clueless about Universal. I would prefer something I could reserve as there is no way my Parents can do the park without them It would be terrible to arrive have them not have any available. Thanks .....
