ECV rental before park open hours

If MK is scheduled to open at 9 AM, would I be able to get through the gate and rent an ECV before that time? What is the earliest time I might be able to do that?

Yes. Eight AM if not earlier

They open the front of the park at 8 am up to the castle hub where they have each land blocked off until the 9 am welcome show
