ECV Rental Advice

Could anyone please tell me the best, most reliable company to rent an ECV? Does anyone know anything about Cloud of Goods, Anaheim mobility scooters? Does Deckert have a website? I can only find a phone number for this company. Help!

It seems pretty unanimous around here that Deckert's is the way to go. I do not remember being able to find much of a website. They are pretty responsive by phone.

Check with the motel where you are staying. We stayed at the Castle and they handled the rental for us, charged it up for us each night, and had it ready for us each morning.

I've been using Deckerts for maybe 10 years now. They are very responsive and easy to deal with. I had a scooter with a bad battery (died too fast) and they had me go to the Grand for a swap out.

We've used Cloud of Goods three different times now and absolutely love the service! 100,000% recommend them if you are looking to rent a mobility scooter while in Anaheim. The gentleman who dropped it off the first time was so helpful, we had never used a scooter before but felt like old pros by the time he left. You can arrange everything online or you can call.

I'm glad you had a good experience -- the reviews on Yelp are quite uneven.
